TroubleShooting
Basic problems and possible causes.

Tips
This section should be Dr. Smutty's Bike Surgery cos he's the only contributor.

When you want to go past what's in your HD manual then you need a good spanner man OR
a good book to help you on the way - this book could help and Amazon have it at a good price.
Click, have a look at the reviews and you can even buy it :-).
101 Harley-Davidson Performance Projects : For Evolution Big Twins and Sportsters

HD Model Letters- aka Alphaspaghetti HD have used lots of letters to designate the different bikes below is an overview of some, which might (probably not) help to identify more recent bikes - so I don't need any mail telling me what other letters have been used, when, and for which bikes. Remember the year of manufacture is also needed for parts e.g. '89 FXSTC.
